Abstract

Nowadays, teams are rarely homogenous. Teams in the modern days typically consist of members with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, often referred to as diversified teams. Diversified teams may offer unique insights into the needs and preferences which can bring positive impact on organizational performance. However, challenges such as structural incompatibilities, frequent conflicts, and misalignment of goals within the organization may exacerbate these issues, ultimately affecting organizational performances. The current study aims to explore the impact of diversified teams towards organizational performance. To achieve this, a qualitative study was conducted at SINO International Center Mataram University, where five employees participated in open-ended interviews. The findings highlight three key positive impacts of diversified teams towards organizational performances including: enhanced strategic performances, boost organizational innovation performances, and improved employee performances. These results underscore the potential of diversity to drive the success organizational performances
