Abstract

This research article examines the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on organizational culture and explores strategies for achieving digital synergy between human workers and AI systems. Drawing on theoretical foundations from organizational culture studies and emerging research on human-machine collaboration, this paper presents a comprehensive analysis of how AI is reshaping communication, decision-making, and innovation within contemporary organizations. Through empirical case analyses of global enterprises including Microsoft, Siemens, and Singtel, we identify key success factors and challenges in cultural adaptation to AI integration. The study proposes an integrated framework for sustainable cultural transformation that balances technological efficiency with human-centric values. Findings reveal that organizations achieving digital synergy demonstrate strong leadership commitment, ethical AI governance, and continuous learning cultures. This research contributes to both theoretical understanding and practical guidance for organizations navigating the cultural complexities of AI adoption, with significant implications for leadership, change management, and organizational design in the digital era.
